Dr. Lisa M. Bassili, MD, is a board certified anesthesiologist with over 20 years experience dedicated to ensuring patient safety and comfort during anesthesia. Originally from Texas, she earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in 2002 and completed her anesthesia residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2006. Dr. Bassili has worked as both a hospital-based and in office-based anesthesiologist in Houston and Dallas. In 2023, she founded On the Mend Recovery in Dallas focusing on innovative treatments for mental health illness. Dr. Bassili is dedicated to ensuring highest patient safety standards as well as patient satisfaction. She is known for her calming bedside manner and her communication style with providers and patients. When not practicing anesthesia, she loves spending time with her family, including her two sons and fur babies, and enjoys traveling, cooking, and savoring Texas BBQ.
